Explore Morocco from north to south on this unforgettable 8-day journey.
Pick-up in Tangier (airport, port, or hotel). Drive through the Rif Mountains to reach Chefchaouen, the famous “Blue City.” Enjoy free time to explore its narrow, colorful streets, local markets, and hillside views.
Overnight in Chefchaouen.
Depart Chefchaouen and head to the Roman ruins of Volubilis for a guided visit. Continue to the imperial city of Meknes for a brief tour of Bab Mansour, Lahdim Square, and the royal granaries. Arrival in Fes in the evening.
Overnight in a traditional riad in Fes.
Full-day guided tour of Fes, the spiritual and cultural capital of Morocco. Visit the medieval medina (UNESCO site), Al Quaraouiyine Mosque and University, Bou Inania Madrasa, Nejjarine Fountain, tanneries, and the artisans’ quarters.
Overnight in Fes.
Depart Fes and travel through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop in Ifrane (the “Switzerland of Morocco”) and the cedar forest of Azrou to see wild monkeys. Continue to Midelt for lunch, then drive through the Ziz Valley to reach Merzouga. Camel ride into the desert for sunset.
Overnight in a luxury desert camp under the stars.
Wake up early for sunrise over the dunes. Return by camel to Merzouga, then visit the market town of Rissani and the fossil capital, Erfoud. Continue to the impressive Todra Gorges, perfect for a walk. Head to Dades Valley for the night.
Overnight in a guesthouse/hotel in Dades.
Travel through the Valley of Roses and Skoura oasis. Visit Ouarzazate and the famous kasbah of Aït Ben Haddou (UNESCO World Heritage Site), used in many films such as Gladiator and Game of Thrones.

Cross the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n'Tichka Pass (2,260m), offering panoramic views and Berber villages along the way. Arrive in Marrakech in the afternoon. Free time to explore the city.
